Transparency from agencies as well as all the parties - businesses, individuals - we contract with. An overemphasis on the accountability of charities doesn't get us the resource savings we need. Adding administrative burden takes from the front line. Smarter, more relevant (not necessarily more), clearly defined and planned for reporting is better.Bronagh, to Concerned Citizens Association of London
