Why only one term? Won't the next mayor undo it?

I will endorse someone else. I cannot be the only person capable of this. I know you are out there. I am 100% not going back on my promise to run only one time. We can change so much in four years that it can't be undone. I am much better at writing law and policy than pretty much everyone I know. The ones we have now don't work and it would take a very awful next mayor to want to change things that honestly make people's lives better.
